My suggestion for March is The Doloriad by Missouri Williams. It may not be for everyone (it may not be for ME - we will see!) so if anyone is really opposed let me know.
BTW have had to deal with a failing hard drive over the last couple of days, but it's fixed so I will follow up with the discussion tomorrow morning. BC
Questions are going up. I wasn't able to select the Monthly Book Discussion Category for these threads. Put it under Book Reviews for now, but they can be moved if possible.

That's my fault, I'm afraid - I hadn't actually set up the monthly discussion area
I was thinking of something Romantasy, as that's fashionable at the moment. My wife reads a lot of it, so I'll ask for recommendations.
I was convinced to read one last year that turned out to be an excellent read, but I suspect there is a lot of variance in this sub genre (though perhaps that is true across the board!)
How about How to Find a Nameless Fae by AJ Lancaster? My wife's read it and recommended it.
The wrinkle is that it's available on Kindle Unlimited, so I'm not sure how widely available it is for non-Kindle-Unlimited folks. Please let me know if you can get the book. If not, I'll have another think.
It's available on regular Kindle (here in the UK at least) though not on bookshop.org until May 21st. That'll probably be enough time to read it. Either way I'm in

A quick reminder that February's read is Nada the Lily chosen by @clash_bowley .
How is everyone getting on with Nada the Lily? @clash_bowley when do you think you'd like to post discussion starters?
Today or tomorrow, if everyone is ready.
I'll need another week, but don't let me hold things up.
Then I won't rush things!
I just started it - maybe 50 pages in.
I'll give it a week then!

Still plenty of time for comments on Nada the Lily
After that the rota reads as
April @Apocryphal
May @NeilNjae
I should have some questions up by the weekend.

Sorted now!
So as to get back ahead of myself, @Apocryphal are you still intending The Works of Vermin by Hiron Ennis as your choice for April?
Yes, nobody seemed to object to the choice. I see the author is being compared to Chine Mieville.
I'm looking forward to reading it.
Discussion area now set up for The Works of Vermin
Still plenty of time to comment on The Doloriad by Missouri Williams
@NeilNjae any thoughts for May?

Also, the copy of City I reserved at the library has finally shown up. I might make some comments on the book in the appropriate discussion.
Wow - that was a long wait!

I will probably give this one a miss. I rarely miss a book, so I think I've earned a bye. I just really chafe against books that are this cute.
I'm cool with cute and I have Kindle Unlimited! I'm in!
I'm down for it as well.
