This was on sale for 1.99 on Kindle today and it sounded interesting. The Ice Diaries - story of the USS Nautilus, the first nuclear-powered submarine exploring under the ice caps during the cold war.

I was at a museum on Friday and saw a Civil War -era submarine that was scuttled and then later recovered.

Ray, I read something about this by the Captain as a child, but it was probably an except as it was article length, not book-length. I bought it and will read it ASAP!
